When it comes to measuring success and determining next steps for an event, it is easy to get caught up in small details and lose sight of the larger picture.

We begin each new project by collaborating with clients to identify “SMART” event goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time bound). With the established goals in mind, our team completes a comprehensive analysis of the event. We examine the event’s historical data (both empirical and statistical) along with the client’s current practices and protocols. It is essential that we have a thorough understanding of the whole event (including staff climate and culture) before recommending a practical course of action. Once our analysis is complete, we create a customized plan that is goal-driven, aligned with best practices and includes benchmarks that provide a timeline for the gradual release of responsibility:
