All the coordination and back and forth on the date and time will no longer be necessary, since your Calendar can show all your available dates and times, and grey out all the other dates/times that you’re not available!
Also once you have received a booking and a reservation documented on your website, it’s as good as a contract to lock it in, since this documentation will not go away, and it shows your client’s commitment to book your services. Additionally, an ecommerce system can be integrated into the calendar functionality to accept payment for reservations and calendar-based products.
